Ursula Pienaar is the personal assistant to the director, Kevin Morley and the administrative assistant to the Principal Officer, Divan Batt at Complete Financial & Business Solutions.

In this position, she works closely with the advisors, their clients and the administrative staff and principal investigators at Old Mutual to ensure that CFBS provides efficient, professional and superior service at all times.

She is actively involved in CFBS’s ongoing strive towards excellence, making a lifetime impact on our client’s legacy.

Ursula joined CFBS in 2017 after working at Old Mutual as a learning leader for 17 years, where she managed a team of learning developers.  Her client base included Branches, Call Centres and back office processing. She has a very good understanding of Old Mutual’s practices & processes and this is one of the reasons why she understands the importance of the value chain (end-to-end processes) and customer service.
